Cool off on a hot summer day with this Quick & Easy Raspberry Smoothie recipe. It’s a special treat that’s also full of nutrients, ultra-thick and really tasty!
I love an old-fashioned milkshake, but don’t often indulge because they aren’t exactly full of things that are good for you. This smoothie blends that cold, creamy luxury with the healthy benefits of fresh fruit. Summer drinks are the best, I also have a great recipe for Sweet Peach Iced Tea. Add this to your summer drink repertoire.
I didn’t add it to the recipe, but I thought I should point out that if your raspberries are very tart, you may want to add a little sugar.
I use banana and honey to help combat that to add sweetness without the added sugar, but sometimes it just isn’t enough and I add a teaspoon of sugar.
If you are looking to cut down on calories, you can replace the frozen yogurt with ice, but I like the creamy, thick consistency that the frozen yogurt adds. This recipe makes Makes 4 eight-ounce smoothies.

I’ve never tried to substitute Oyster sauce so it’s hard to recommend something, but I did find this article. I hope it helps – http://www.buzzle.com/articles/oyster-sauce-substitute.html
