When my husband saw me taking the photos for this post, he came in and said, ‘You can’t blog Chocolate Covered Strawberries; they are too easy to make’
My response was, ‘Maybe not everyone knows how easy it is!’
So here I am to tell you that making Chocolate Covered Strawberries is as simple as it gets! In fact, it’s so simple, I won’t bother adding a recipe card for this one…
What you’ll need:
8oz/225g dark semi-sweet chocolate & 24 Strawberries (cleaned and totally dry).
How to do it:
In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave until smooth (I start with a minute on high, mix and then do 30 seconds at a time and mixing in between until completely melted).
Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place onto parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
