  • 2 parts Sparkling Wine
  • 1 part Blood Orange Juice
  • 1 part Orange Juice


  1. When you’re making a mimosa, always add the sparkling wine first.  Tipping the glass as you pour will keep more bubbles intact.  Next, add the juice and serve immediately.
